Thực chất, kỷ luật chỉ là quá trình chúng ta học hỏi, rèn luyện. Thông qua đó ta sẽ có cơ hội khám phá, tìm ra sự lựa chọn phù hợp với bản thân.

Thay vì coi kỷ luật là một điều gì đó áp đặt, khó khăn và căng thẳng; hãy thử tiếp cận kỷ luật theo hướng khác hơn thông qua việc áp dụng “tư duy thiết kế” (Design thinking).

Vậy tư duy thiết kế là gì?

Tư duy thiết kế là một công cụ giúp ta giải quyết một vấn đề hiệu quả hơn, bằng cách tiếp cận nó dưới góc độ con người. Ví dụ trong việc thiết kế website, các designer của website cần hiểu người dùng, để có thể phát triển sản phẩm phù hợp với họ. Làm sao để vừa đảm bảo về phần nhìn (User Interface), vừa dễ thao tác (User Experience).

Các bước này hoạt động khá linh hoạt, tùy theo mỗi vấn đề. Nếu đến bước cuối vấn đề vẫn chưa được giải quyết, bạn có thể điều chỉnh bằng cách quay lại những bước trước đó.

Kỷ luật – Vì sao lại cần tư duy thiết kế?

Tư duy thiết kế là công cụ khai thác về khía cạnh cảm xúc, hành vi, nhu cầu của con người. Đó là nền tảng để tạo ra giải pháp phù hợp với họ.

Tư duy này không chỉ áp dụng vào lĩnh vực thiết kế nói riêng, mà còn có thể ứng dụng trong nhiều khía cạnh của cuộc sống. Bởi vì nó không chỉ tập trung vào yếu tố bên trong, mà còn hướng đến việc thay đổi các yếu tố bên ngoài để phù hợp với cá nhân.

Rất nhiều giả thuyết và giải pháp được đặt ra trong quá trình tư duy thiết kế, để giúp bạn trên con đường đạt được mục tiêu. Mỗi thất bại của bạn, dưới góc nhìn của tư duy thiết kế, sẽ được coi là một phép thử sai. Bạn có thể thử cho tới khi tìm được giải pháp phù hợp nhất với mình.
